Site identified and secured on behalf of client Tesco in mixed used scheme Imperial Wharf, Fulham.

Initial 4,000sq ft store secured and after great trading success SO Retail later continued to secure a store extension for Tesco up to 8,000 sq ft.

​SO Retail also successfully marketed the adjacent 800 sq ft retail unit, agreeing terms with an upmarket coffee operator.
