A long standing client of SO Retail required advice on  the purchase of this small High Street parade.  SO Retail provided rental advice and identified potential demand for the two vacant retail units.

SO Retail identified a key development angle involving the relocation of an existing tenant to an adjacent vacant retail unit.  Two retail units plus an existing stair case access could then be amalgamated to create a new restaurant unit for the the town centre.

The advice was spot on, and interest has been attracted from 3 major restaurant chains in the new potential space.  The project is on going, planning has been submitted for the new restaurant, and terms are being negotiated to facilitate the relocation of the current tenant.

SO Retail think outside the box when it comes to looking at investment opportunities.  We have an expert eye for uncovering ways to enhance assets by moving tenants to facilitate redevelopment or reletting to new tenants possessing greater covenants.
